A wedding ceremony can look like a million different things, from churchhouses to reception centers to backyards to beautiful mountain vistas. And a wedding ceremony can be anywhere from five minutes to five hours long. As a non-denominational minister and professional wedding officiant, I've seen just about all of them, but to be honest, nothing really beats an outdoor wedding in Utah in October. There are really only a couple of weeks in Utah's autumn wedding season where the weather and scenery are better than anything just about in the world for a wedding ceremony.
