Winter months in the early part of the year are generally tough on weddings, just coming off holiday season and it's freezing outside, not many couples want to have a wedding with that scene. As a professional wedding officiant and non-denominational minister though, I'm asked to help with weddings in all months and circumstances, and for this Wintery wedding, we met at a park, hiked through the snow to a cement amphitheater, and a dozen of us witnessed as these two love bird committed themselves to each other. Sometimes at weddings, we just figure things out as we go, ha, where to stand, how to help grandma up the stairs, who's holding the rings? At the end of the service, regardless though, an "I Do" and some cheers, always a great way to spend an afternoon.
