Great weddings in the afternoon need to be East-facing because that sun set looking directly West is brutal. Ha. As a non-denominational minister and professional wedding officiant, I'll handle a wedding ceremony any time, anywhere, and sometimes that means the sun shines in my face. The professional wedding officiant in me hates to even complain about that because we still had an amazing wedding ceremony, lots of tears were shed, and we celebrated as a group after the I dos were complete, but I'm just saying, c'mon venues. North/South. Let's just take the sun and glare completely out of the game. That's what I would do. Maybe I'll open a non-denominational minister wedding venue of my own, I know it pretty well at this point, approaching 400 weddings in the last three years. Keep an eye out, I'd do it right.
